FT40 Part Winding Fire Pump Controllers with Automatic Transfer Switch

The FT40 transfer switch controller is a full-service, part-winding reduced voltage controller. A part-winding fire pump controller reduces the starting current by up to 40% while maintaining up to 50% motor starting torque. The FT40 is the most economical method of reduced voltage starting, however it requires a special motor, wound for part-winding starting. All Eaton FT series controllers are supplied as dual utility controllers and meet FM 1321/1323 approvals.
